and training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided


Life
Continuity Ltd provides training and certification programs in Business
Continuity Management, Information Security, Cloud Security, and related ISO
management systems. We offer both in-person and online courses. Course content,
schedules, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Registration and Payment


  • To register for a course,
    you must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Payment must be made in full
    before the start of the course unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to
    cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrolment or other unforeseen
    circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative
    date or a full refund.

3. Intellectual Property


All
course materials, website content, and other resources provided by Life
Continuity Ltd are the intellectual property of Life Continuity Ltd or our
partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without
prior written permission.

4. Certification


Certification
is granted upon the successful completion of the course and any required exams.
Life Continuity Ltd and its certification partners (PECB, BCI) reserve the
right to revoke certification if false information is provided or if the
certification was obtained fraudulently.

5. Limitation of Liability


Life
Continuity Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services,
including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or personal injury.

6. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any
disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
